Valentine Gifts

I have made some bee mine mint humbugs to go with the valentine card below. Idea from It'sallfiddlefart I didn't have any eyes small enough so I punched out some white dots with a hole punch and coloured the black eyes in with gel (Probably the one and only moneysaving thing I have done since joining the card making thread at MSE!)

The boxes I have made using my scor pal and inside are filled with the bee's, love hearts and heart chocolates

Valentine Card

This is the valentine card I have made for my boyfriend. The papers I have used were emailed to me from someone at MSE (thank you can't remember who it was!). I have coloured one of the hearts with pro markers and glossy accents and the other heart with glass glitter. You can't tell from the picture but I have stitched from the bee to the image with yellow stitching. I have inked the image and sentiment and finished it off with a bee brad.

I find teenage boy cards really hard to make, I get stuck when I can't use lovely ribbons and flowers, I think this digi image might get a lot of use!

This card is also for a teenager but his birthday was at Christmas and I went on holiday and forgot!! Wasn't sure what to do as happy birthday seemed a bit inappropriate considering it was three weeks late! I stuck some silver dots round the die cut

Birthday Cake

This is the birthday cake me and my SIL made for my OH last week. I can't really take much credit for it as all I did was bash up some hobnobs for the sand and make the tree out of a twix and icing lol.
