Challenge card

Okay so a little confession but this card is not quite finished yet.The papers haven't yet been stuck onto the actual card but I wanted to iron the ribbon lace first and try and stick it onto to those lovely papers without any sticky tape showing through.
I think I am going to try a combination of prit stick and quickie glue pen and see how that works out.
This was my first card I made following a template and I quite enjoyed it.

Basket

This took me ages to put together, not sure why all my projects seem to take forever, I must faff around too much.
I like these baskets and am going to make some for Easter gifts.
The sweets inside I have wrapped pictures of my niece around them, an idea I saw in a craft book I have.
Going to finish it off with a tag and another picture of my niece on the front

Thankyou card

Had to force myself to use my lovely October Afternoon papers on this card.
You can't see very well from the picture but I have attempted to wrap the cotton around the buttons. I think next time I will use string or wool as the cotton was far to thin.
Also managed to emboss the sentiment for the very first time it worked... yipeee
Papers October Afternoon Ducks in a row
Ribbon was given to me
Buttons basic grey

Birthday card

Not sure I like this card, couldn't get the lace to stick without the tape underneath showing through
I also smudged a bit near her arm so to hide it I chalked around the image, think it has come out okayish
Need to find a way to stick lace onto card without the tape showing through before I attempt my next one
Papers Basic grey
Ribbon is reused from Christmas present

Apple Card

Found a free template for an apple and had the perfect digital image to go with it
you can't see very well from the picture but the apple has been glossed.

Another Mothers day card

Can't decide whether to give this card to MIL or the other one I made. The tree has a load of leaf punches stuck to it which took me an age to do.
I was also going to add a brad to the flowers to make the hammock swing but I totally forgot to do it when I was assembling the card, oh well might try that idea another time instead

Papers are MME Love me do
Fence is Martha Steward punch
Flowers are from Wild Orchid crafts

Fruit bouquet

Fruit bouquet I have made for SIL. Unfortunately she has gone off chocolate as she is pregnant but didn't think it would look as good without the chocolate strawberries.
She has two little helpers who can eat the chocolate ones

SIL birthday card

My first Easel card, spent far to long faffing about deciding what papers to use and how to decorate this card but I am quite pleased with it
The flowers I have put some gems in to get a bit more bling

Papers basic grey lemonade
Ribbon from my stash
Pearls from local craft shop
Flowers from wild orchid crafts

Birthday card

Card is for my elder niece, have made the cupcake before to go with it.
Didn't think flowers would go with this card but I might add some gems to the bottom or top
Frosting on cupcake has been liquid appliqued, covered up most of the ribbon under the punch as you can see the DST underneath

Papers basic grey nook and pantry
Stamp from MFT
