I was at the NEC and looking round as you do and saw a demo using some embossing glue ant templates. I liked the effects so some managed to fall into my basket!
I made this card for an MSE'r for her Birthday, I found the image quite hard to ink up but after a lot of going over it did stamp up beautifully the first time I tried. I have coloured it with Pro markers and added a bow made with my bow easy, although I find it not easy as I am rubbish at tying bows lol. I have added glossy accents to the rain drops and the puddle
This is the Mothers day card I have made. I have seen a few blogs recently were people have stamped an image onto patterned paper and I liked the effect so thought I would give it a go. I quite like how the card has turned out, although it has taken me ages to choose the DP.
I haven't played with my Lavinia stamps for a while so thought I would create a card for my Niece's birthday. I have inked the card with distress inks then added the stamps and lots of sparkle, I then had the bright idea to spray with shimmer mist and ended up smudging the circle where the fairies are. Sort of rescued it by adding more inks but I won't be making the same mistake again
This is the card I made for my Niece's birthday, I have used my new butterfly die's and added some flowers around the edge, although they match the papers better in real life than the photo shows

This is a thank you card for someone who was kind enought to send me some goodies as a secret santa over Christmas. Although it was March before they received it or late February!!
I saw these ideas in the Cards and papercraft magazine and just had to make some for my SIL birthday present. I was going to alter a note book for her as well but being on nights got in the way. I really like the calender one and think I will try and create one all for myself ;) I found the outside of the folder easy enough but sticking the recipe holders inside were a pain and if I was to do it again I would use 'strong' glue rather than sticky tape as a couple of mine fell apart and wasn't as nice looking as I wanted for a present. My Sister in laws 'real' present was a grapefruit scented candle she thought I wouldn't be able to get one but ha after a 'lot' of research I tracked one down ;)
Another Birthday card this time for my lovely SIL, I have coloured the image with pro markers, added German glitter glass to her wings. I have stitched some stars at the bottom using my sew easy, I think that pattern is going to be one of my favourites. Posts short and sweet at the moment as my computer is dying!!
